The view from my back door

This is what I see a lot of now :)

Life here in Tennessee has been pretty hot. I think it is hotter here than in Florida. We are adjusting to all of the changes pretty well though. We have met some really nice people at church and in our neighborhood.

Just thought I would share some pictures of things recent....

4th of July pictures...we had a blast doing fireworks and eating watermelon.

Here are a little home shots....I still have a lot of work to do..new rugs, new paint, new tv etc etc...you get the idea. But for now things will stay this way..we are tired :)

On the front porch..such a pretty view and part of the main living room, I will take pics soon of the dining room, upstairs, our room and kids rooms.

He acts like a bunny outside..hops around...I finally caught him resting. Definitely growing on me.

We did it!!

So we did it.....after years and months of hearing constant whining......everyone has a dog, all of our friends have dogs, we are kids we are suppose to have a dog, we will be good forever if we had a dog, we will walk him and feed him and bath him, clean up his poop...do EVERYTHING if we had a dog etc etc....it is a rite of passage to have a dog......blah blah..you get the idea... so we got a dog....yes I know....we have completely utterly lost our minds.....

Have our children kept any of their promises??? hmm, have pigs started to fly or is there a money tree in my back yard?? Nope.

But guess who is really starting to fall in love with this little guy....Me and Chris :)

he is a dacshund and corgi mix. Tiny little guy. super cute..

I feel....

Tired, Tired and more tired :)

Moving bites....my feet, back and head hurt, I think my boxes are breeding and I have lost my kids three times in this house. Everyone keeps saying in time I will not think it is big enough....not sure about that....

Annoyed......my cell phone completely died...yet still works....I think it is having PMS. I can not access any of my numbers or dial out but I can answer it if I reach it in time......and that has not been happening of late....I have to run up and down stairs and down halls to chase my little man. And the trip here was awesome w/o being able to call my husband who I was following in the car..... it made things interesting when I had to stop and he did not know.

Unsure....our ward is interesting...that is all I will say on that.

Overwhelmed.....this house is HUGE...at least for us. I just walk around in a daze thinking what to do what to do....

Ugh....I hate yard work so what did we do....?? buy a house with a biggish yard with lots of trees.

Yard service here I come.

Excited..going to see a free concert tomorrow in Nash-vegas... a lot country music stars will be there. The girls requested that I go buy them cowboy boots and they worked on their accents all day....oh brother.

In denial....I keep trying to make plans so that I do not have to clean and organize my house..I keep thinking that if I ignore it somehow it will disappear. I will keep you posted when that happens.

Grateful....so thankful to make it here safely. So thankful for our home, and my kiddos and my fabulous husband who has been working so hard to make things nice for us. Thankful for all of our amazing friends and family who I missed a ton.

I will post picture as soon as I have things finished....expect them sometime in the next two years :) Hee hee. Tootles!!!!
