Fabulous fall

I really love the fall. And now we actually get the cooler temps and the trees changing colors....it is so pretty.  We have spent a lot of time outdoors..roasting mash mellows....

Being silly as usual..ignore all of my dead bushes..I now get to redo all of these beds :( I am just going to rip it all out and wait until the spring to plant something...

little man totally got what the whole holiday was all about....all he had to do was say pleaaassseee and well hearts melted and candy was disbursed in large amounts. Score for Chris and I.

  We also live in a neighborhood where they bus people in for candy....it was seriously a mad house..and I am a little disturbed...there were way to many parents with their own bags...really????

Puppets, trains, Zoo and stuff

Cooler weather has arrived for a few days and the girls are loving being able to wear their new boots and jackets. Now they want rain boots...those are big here...their wish list never ends.
We played hookie and took off to Memphis a week ago...Chris took his boards and the girls, Wyatt and I went to the Memphis zoo. I also got to stop by the Pottery barn outlet...it was a lot of fun.
Sadie had a puppet show at school. It was a adorable!!The whole school learned how to make them but Sadie's class put on the actual show. Sadie was Sam Houston. They acted out part of the state's history.

Due to demand...here are some house pictures....ignore Ana....:) I am still not done but here they are..enjoy!

Bang Bang choo choo train!!! 

They have these adorable trains here that you can ride for free. They take you on these tracks through a park. We met up with some friends for a little train riding.  It was so much fun. Wyatt loved it!!! I loved it and the girls laughed the whole time. Here are some pics. Wyatt anxiously waiting with his friends.

1st stair entrance foyer..the other is by Sadie's room and is not all pretty yet.

 Upstairs Bathroom..use to be dark brown and cave like...we went with bright white to make it pop and open it up. Painted the vanity, changed out the mirror and faucet and popped off the dated golden 70's door.

 yellow and bright!! Also use to be dark brown and dungeon like....now it is sunny and fun. I still need to rehang the art work....maybe today I will get around to it.....Who's room do you think is this???

 Ana and Wyatt's bathroom...yes it is girly...I will change it when Wyatt gets older or we will build another bathroom. 

 Kitchen..excuse the mess :) We had a party at our house last night and I had yet to do the dishes.

The days of my life

Life is flying by these days...B/c of Chris's schedule....we have a lot of time together which is fun and has been an adjustment.:) ...there has been lots of silly days with him and Wyatt...

He is awesomely talented at building things so I hugely exploit him....:)

  Fun hair days for me...finally found a hairstyle I like and can actually do..and for only 15 buckaroos...love it. 

   

Long running days.....

The girls right before their big race...they was a bazillion kids running..I love how the community is really into exercise..they had over 400 kids running.

The girls did well and it was a great experience for us. I was so impressed with the little ones I saw running..There was 5 year olds out there..so very motivating.

And to end just fun silly days as a family..my days are blessed and well just plain good!!!
